1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@carvampglobal.com. We will provide instructions for the return process.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 8-14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at admin@carvampglobal.com.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as customized or personalized products. Please check product details before purchasing.
